Question: How much would it cost to move my package from point A to point B?

A: Please contact us through the "Contact" tab and fill out the form and make sure to provide specific details about the "package" and we will respond shortly with an estimated quote! 

Question: Is my package or freight insured while in transit?

A: Yes it is. On Time Courier Services Inc. is licensed, bonded and insured. Your package or freight is insured while in transit. Insurance coverage documentation is available upon request and we can fax or email it to you before you place your order.

Question: How can I track my order?

A: Simply call us and we can instantly get an up-to-the-minute update on the status of your shipment.

Question: Why can’t I track my order online?

A: We’ve found that online tracking is highly inaccurate and unreliable. Drivers are constantly moving and the best way to get an accurate update is by speaking with the driver.

Question: I have another question not listed here.

A: No problem at all.
